Choosing the right office or building signage can be tricky. We want you to feel confident before placing a larger order. That’s why we offer free sample kits. You can see and feel the quality of our signs before you decide.
Below, we’ll explain how our sample program works and how to request one for your office.
Eligibility for Free Samples
To keep our program fair and useful for everyone, here are the simple guidelines:
- Available for customers planning an order of $499 or more
- Limited to a small number of items for review
- Sample value may be up to $50, excluding shipping. If you need more, just give us a call to discuss
- One kit per customer
How to Request a Sample Kit
- Log in to your account (optional, but it makes tracking requests easier)
- Browse products and click “Add to Quote” instead of “Add to Cart”
- Check your selections in the Sample Cart, found under the “Sample” menu
- Fill in your details on the request form
- Mark “Yes” for Is this a Sample Request?
- List the SKUs you’d like to see, or just type “ALL”
- Submit your request — we’ll review it within 2 business days
What Happens Next
Once approved, your sample kit will usually ship within 48 hours, stock permitting.
